I just stopped by Grandview today and I was shocked
by the total neglect of this place. See,I worked
there until a few months ago. The place has really
gone to the dogs. I had so many people approach me
and tell me how disgusted they are with Linda and
the current management. The place is digusting and
I understand their anger. I knew Richard Kurtz the
owner really well and he would never let any of his
properties deteoriate like this. See his son Jeff
doesn't care and the people under him don't give a
damn either. The other bosses Mike B. and Chris N.
only like their big paychecks. Poor Juan is really
fed up and is looking for another job. He'll be
better off out of there. After many years working
for this company I can't believe how terrible the
living conditions are.I really hope things change
as the tenants here deserve better.Also, the people
with dogs should start cleaning up after them.If you
need a good place to live DON'T MOVE HERE!!!!!!
