I lived in this complex for one year. Upon move in the apartment was barely clean - I had to clean everything. There was an 18-inch hole in the bathroom ceiling leaking debris onto the floor, that I was promised would be fixed promptly. Upon moving out, it was never fixed. The laundry room had a broken lock, was covered with graffiti, and the washer AND dryers both did not work for the entire term of my lease. The staff withheld 200 dollars from my deposit for "not cleaning the bathtub, and not cleaning the oven." Funny thing is I never used the oven, not once, and the tub was cleaned just 5 days before I moved out. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this dump. Oh and also, using the blower, the maintenance staff 'showered' my car with gravel at least five times, leaving it dirty and with scratches. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
