This place is not bad... It is nice if you are low on cash and not looking for an expensive or an elaborate place. I enjoyed living there and am actually looking to move back. It's not a place for families but it is a good place if you are just starting out, like me. The maintenance isn't great at getting problems fixed right way since there are only like 2 - 3 of them. But they are extremely nice. The parking really sucks because there is one parking space per unit and there isn't much guest parking, and the idiots around me always stole my parking spot. But overall I would recommend this place and I actually enjoyed it.
