A little over priced but ok

I have had no major problems with Hamilton Court, I have had to call maintenance a couple times and they respond quickly to fix the problem. The units are newly renovated, Kitchen and Bath are very nice. Other Apartments in the area you will find old dark brown cabinets, and yellow stoves however they still charge a higher rent.
The Laundry Facilities could use a big updating, they are pretty much always broken.
Its location is tucked away so that the environment is safe. The Rental Office Staff is pleasant
The grounds were horrible but they are under renovations and are getting better
