Moved here on the advice of a co-worker, and regret it thoroughly. We are now trying to get out of a lease we regret renewing, as the place is going downhill fast.

Walls are paper-thin; door to unit has large gaps underneath, and around door jamb.

Front office staff is inconsistent with information, and very unresponsive to complaints.

Maintenance staff will respond timely, but usually does not fix the issue, so it does you no good. We have had numerous issues with water, and lack of hot water over the last week. Maintenance says they will give you keys to another unit so you can shower, but does not follow through.

Had roaches in my apartment at move-in, along with huge carpenter ants. Was able to get rid of them with roach motels, because the complex staff was completely unconcerned.

Hallways reek of current and past cooking odors.

They "upgraded" to new laundry machines, of which at least one seems to always be broken. There are only 2 washers and 2 dryers per building...for about 30 apartments. People do not remove their wash when they are done, laundry room is constantly a mess. We go to the laundromat...more hassle, but less money, and your wash actually gets clean.

Tenants are allowed to make bogus complaints against neighbors they don't like, at which point a negative letter is placed in your file...never to be removed. Noise complaints fall on deaf ears.

Children allowed to run around in the parking lot...tenants hang out on their patios making rude comments to passers-by. Tenants drive through the parking lot like it's Indianapolis...do not park strait...and I had significant damage to my car by another tenant, who received one of above said letters as his "punishment".

Do not move in here, it is a slum.
