I'VE BEEN LIVING HERE FOR ALMOST 3 YEARS AND I HAVE TO SAY THAT EVERYTHING ABOUT HILLBROOK PLACE ISN'T AT ALL HOW IT SEEMS.I HAD A PROBLEM WITH SOMETHING IN MY APARTMENT AND CALLED MANTENANCE FOR ASSISTANCE.HE CALLED ME BACK SAYING THAT I DISTURBED HIM BECAUSE HE WAS EATING DINNER BUT HE WOULD BE OUT IN A FEW HOURS.MIND YOU,THIS WAS AN EMERGENCY AND I STATED THAT VERY CLEARLY TO HIM.I DON'T KNOW IF WE ARE ALOUD TO NAME NAMES BUT IF I WAS YOU I'D STAY AWAY FROM JUSTIN T. , THE MANTENANCE MAN.FOR SOME REASON HE ALWAYS SMELLS OF MARIJUANA WHEN HE COMES INTO MY APARTMENT,NOT ONLY THAT BUT HE IS RUDE,ARROGANT,IGNORANT AND HAS A VERY VERY BAD TEMPER.MY OPINION,I THINK THAT THEY SHOULD REPLACE HIM.I TRIED CALLING THE MANAGER OF HILL BROOK A FEW TIMES AND WROTE MANY LETTERS BUT I THINK THAT EVERYONE WHO WORKS AT HILL BROOK PLACE IN BENSALEM ARE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER,I THINK THAT THEY DELETED MY LETTERS THAT I'VE SENT ABOUT MR.THOMPSON ALSO.I WISH THAT I WOULD'VE NEVER RENTED FROM HILL BROOK PLACE,I'LL BE HAPPY AS SOON AS I CAN GET OUT OF HERE.IN MY PERSONAL OPINION I THINK THAT HILL BROOK WOULD BE A MUCH BETTER PLACE IF THEY ACTUALLY LISTENED TO THEIR TENANTS AND GOT RID OF THE EMPLOYEES THAT ARE BEING COMPLAINED ABOUT THE MOST,IF HILL BROOK MANAGERS DON'T START LISTENING THEN I REALLY DON'T THINK THAT THEY'LL BE AROUND THAT MUCH LONGER.I'M ALSO VERY UPSET THAT THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY HASN'T STEPPED IN,IT LOOKS AS IF HE DOESN'T CARE EITHER,THEIR ALL OUT FOR THEMSELVES.

Well I just want to say that you suck and Justin doesn't. He is the MAN!!!!!!!! In fact, ALL the maintenance (Justin, Rob, Craig and Mark)at Hill Brook ROCK!

i am another tenant living at hillbrook.and i should agree with BLUEYEDBABE.i have also had to call the maintanence boys several times,and their attitude has been plan rude.they come to the apartment,use your bed to stand on to fix the fan(on ur sheet),wipe the dust of the fan,leave it on the bed,and leave your apartment without a word,slaming the door behind them.they feel very disturbed when you call them.this is just one of the examples.we never bothered complaing beacuse,we once posted written complain and am sure it went to the trash.then we figured the only way is to leave it online and create awareness for the others who are looking for an apartment.so ,i dont agree with the anonymous responder.it wouldnt surprise me if its one of the maintanence boys for themselves...rating..FUNNY..dont you think????
