These people are crazy. The staff do not tell you that you will have to help pay for every tenant's water and heating bill in your building. So if you house only two people in your apartment and another unit houses 5-6 people, you do the math. Why would anyone want to give away their hard earned money for someone else utilities' There are only two washer and dryers per building, WHAT'' Go figure. Sorry, one washer, the other has been broken for a while now. THE DAMN ROACHES!!! I don't understand how these people deal with the roaches. The neighbors are noisey and vulgar and have no problem starting mini parties during the week in the evening when people should be asleep preparing for work the next day. The staff really does not care to hear your complaints or concerns, they're only there to collect your money. Think hard before this decision, they charge the money because of the location only, no real amenities.

The lease agreement in which you signed states that your apartment utilities are based on ratio billing, it is not the managements fault for not reading your own lease. I too am a resident here and love ever minute of it. Had you lived in your own house and had gas your gas utility would be 4 times the amount you are recieving. I know because I moved to Hill Brook from my own house because the utilites were so expensive. As for the ammenties you must be out of your mind they offer a free fitness room equipped with state of the art equipment, cyber cafe with 2 computers, and a swimming pool.

Hills Brook is the best place to live at..the staff is awesome and maintenance is 24/7 ..i had a problem with kitchen sink ..i went to the office and complained.. and they came right away.. so knowing maintenance.. they;re really good and office staff is always there if any problems.. they solve it !
