After a year of living here, it has been complete hell. Bugs everywhere, no parking after 4pm, maintenence staff is rude, unclean and have full authority to enter your place at will without any warning. They leave a stench when they come and they never fix anything. They just try and rig stuff so that it will work. They rip you off any way they can, from paying extra to be allowed to use the pool, and even more to use the gym which closes before most people get out of work. If they dont have 60 days notice of you moving, they charge you for how ever long it takes from your notice to reach 60 days, and the prorated rate they charge you is $300 more then what you normally pay for rent. To top it off, the place smells horrible always. Noise is a major problem with people running through the hallways at midnight and later, people around us sound like they are jumping up and down and about to bust through the ceiling, and we even had a few occasions of people running around slamming on peoples doors screaming for someone to call the cops. And to top it off they cant even fix the controlled access on a couple buildings and its been over a year. And laundry is $4 for a tiny load. One hamper will make 3 loads and you share 2 washers and dryers through 27 to 30 units.
