My husband and I have lived here at Hillbrook for about a year and it is not as bad as some people make it out to be, although there are some flaws. We live in a two bedroom that is well maintained and anytime I have had a problem the office staff has been more than happy to assist me. I have NEVER seen any roaches in my apartment, and the 2 bedroom apartment we have is a great size.
The only complaints I would have is the parking which after 8pm is nonexistent, the smell in the hallways, and the lack of privacy. If I sit in my living room with the T.V off I am able to hear what my neighbors are talking about, also if I am in my bathroom I can hear the children downstairs getting baths at night. Since we are on the second floor we can hear exactly what room the people on the third floor are in and let s just say that we are not able to get to sleep until they are finished their nightly routine.
Overall, the apartment is a great size and I love the staff especially Giovanna. It was a great place to start out but we will be moving when our lease is up, the privacy is the biggest issue we have here.
