NEW MANAGEMENT

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2009
 

I have been here a few years, the management is nice but the OWNER is a cheap slumlord. He refuses to fix anything major in the apartment unless the tenent moves out. I feel bad for the people who work there because they get all the complaints that they try to resolve but without owner funding they are stuck. Very noisy apartment living, ignorant neighbors!
