Korman Communities has all electric appliances. Heat & A/C is fully electric.
Korman buys the electricity from PECO at discount and sells to you at same price. I had bills in the summer of almost $300.00 (july & august). I complained. Found out that my thermostat was broken. They offered me $50.00. I have a one bedroom with den.
They look at you like $300 is a normal electric bill. Note: A/C was turned completely off during month of August....
You tell me. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE.
Also they don?t plow properly. They plow the middle of the lot, but leave snowbanks in the parking spots. They don?t ice the handicap parking spaces, I watched poor old guy trying to get out of his car... without slipping. They also have garbage pickup at 5:30-6 am, very loud and disturbing. Maintenance has to come multiple times, because they don?t believe you when you say something is broken.
This was worst decision i made. Everything falls apart, they?ll fix it, but its not the quality I thought it?d be.
