The apartments themselves are great! I live in a one bedroom with den and it is very spacious. When I moved in, the appliances had just been replaced, so they are very new. This is a great place to live, if you don't have any problems (i.e. need an exterminator, need something fixed,...)

The staff is always very courteous and nice as they are avoiding resolving your issue. I've had a huge bug problem for a year. When having the exterminator spray didn't resolve the problem, the staff had no other solution. Each phone call and visit to the office only resulted in them putting me off and not helping me with the issue. I pay almost $900 in rent and the bugs pay $0. The staff didn't seem to understand why it bothered me that I woke up with one in my bed. They finally wore me down and I gave up! I can't wait to move out and be done with this place. It's ashame because, overall the aparments are nice but when things need to be dealt with, management is very skilled at not dealing with them.

Also, I have never seen crappier windows in my life. They are so badly insulated & old that pieces of leaves often blow into my apartment through the windows. This only worsens the problem of the RIDICULOUS ELECTRIC BILLS! I pay the amount people pay to heat and cool entire houses for a one bedroom apartment.
