Having lived in many apartment communities, I have to say that Country Lights is a wonderful place to live. I'm moving due to my job...otherwise I'd stay. The maintenance staff is quick and helpful, the leasing staff is accommodating, and my apartment is HUGE with lots of storage space (even an attic). They've stopped buying electric from PECO - you deal with PECO directly now. My average summer electric bills are $80-$100, and that's with the AC on almost all of the time. Compared to the other communities in the area (yuck!), this place is a great value and a fabulous place to live.
