START OFF ELECTRIC SUCKS HERE, FORCED TO BUY RENTERS INSURANCE, I AGREE WITH ONE REVIEW I RATHER GET RID OF POOL GYM AND CLUB HOUSE AND PAY CHEAPER RENT OR HAVE A CHOICE, NOW I SEE KORMANS ANY WHERE ARE HERE TO MAKE MONEY NO MATTER HOW THEY DO WITHOUT CARING ABOUT HOW TENANTS FEEL. PRISONERS HAVE MORE CHOICES JUST IMAGINE PRISONERS MADE TO BUY CELL INSURANCE LOL LAST YEAR HERE RATHER LIVE IN CRAP HOLE APTS LIKE SHAMINY BROOK OR WASHINGTON
