I have an idea for all you people that complain about the rent being high. If you can't afford it then don't live here. Why did you move in if you were barely making ends meet just to come on this site and complain that you can't afford it. There are plenty of other places that are cheaper and when you look at their reviews you apparently get what you pay for, so good luck! If you can't manage your money get an accountant.

The electric being high was not part of the deal. I also think people feel they aren't getting the Korman that is advertised for the price. If the place looks like a dump, then I suppose the rent will seem too high.
