This place is: moldy, dusty.I've never been this sick so many times.The clothes dryer does not exhaust to the outside-but blows the lint right into the air conditioner area.Appliances are old and dirty.Water leaks in through the walls, the roof, the floor.Ants are a problem, gnats are a problem-though I haven't seen any rodents or roaches or evidence of them.Most of the staff is very rude and has attitude problems.Maintenence guys are alright, one or two guys are great and know what they're doing.But if you have a problem it's better to find them directly because management doesn't submit work orders reliably.Rent is a bit high for the quality of living, but gets raised $100 a month every time you renew your lease. The neighbors are very quiet, can't hear anything through the walls really. Parking can be a pain, many times you have to walk a distance to your apartment. The Pool is good.The location is good-very close to shopping and highways. However if I had to do it again, I would try to find an apartment that I can SEE before I move in and sign a lease.The models they show you are like hotel suites, what you get is a bad impression of those models. On the whole, for an apartment I guess it's not too bad, I've seen worse, I've see much better(which is why I'm getting out of here).One more thing that is ok is instead of a deposit you pay a "move-in" fee which so you can put up shelves, drill holes, paint... do whatever you want to make it your own, I think it's good if you're going to be here for a long time.
