What Korman Does Not Tell you

I have talked to a few people who have live or still living at Korman Apts. Your high Electric bills are not so much your fault as you are paying for everyone elses bill as well. I have looked into bills from other apartments i have live or known someone to live in apartment and even using and leaving ac on weeks at a time bills never went over $100.00 most ranges under 70.00.
Try this turn of your main breaker in your house and then go out look at your meter you will notice it still turning meaning your paying for outside lights, and other renters use of electric. This i have not done but but have heard first hand that it is true. I know myself have turned off breakers except refer and hot water heater for over a week and still have 120.00 bill or higher
