If the Korman office folks worked as hard at taking care of their tenants as they do making sales, this place would be great.

The apartments are decent - if you're lucky, fairly well updated with new appliances/carpet/windows. Parking seems to be ample, although not terribly well lit. The Landscaping consists of weeds and dirt patches, and the whole complex has a major drainage problem when it rains, or from snow runoff.

The biggest problem is maintenance. It seems they generally can't be bothered with even major issues like cracked windows and leaky roofs. Expect to make at least a half dozen if not more inquiries to the office to get anything fixed. And expect multiple visits from maintenance to re-fix problems, as they never seem to get it right the first time.

Neighbors range from professional folks to families with 4 kids living in a 2 bedroom apartment. Expect a lot of turnover, at the beginning/end of every month there are at least 10 Ryder/UHaul trucks within sight of my building.

Haven't experience the electric bill issues others speak of - mine ranged from $70 to $140 with heat or AC - not really out of line considering everything in the apt is electric, including the W/D and hot water heater.

Sadly, it doesn't seem there's anything better in the area, and apartments in Bensalem generally are poor to mediocre. I can't wait to find something better for the money. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
