I moved in back in July and have had very few complaints. The bedroom area is huge with a ton closets. The kitchen could use a few more cabinents, but all the appliances were pretty new when i got there. Ive only had to call maintence twice and they took care of me pretty quickly. The Gym is pretty nice...its not huge but has what you need to get a good workout. I haven't noticed any irregularities in the electic bill so far. Really the only complaint I have is that once in a while I can smell cigarette smoke in the bedroom if the people downstairs are smoking. Thus far I have been very happy in Korman and will probably renew when the lease is up. Its hard to walk away from a place with free cable and HBO. If anything bad happens Ill repost but so far so good
