I Love it hear at Korman in the Villa's. I have great neighbor's,the staff is friendly and efficient. Local Bensalem schools are Great. We came from Neshaminy school district and my son's are gettting a better education here. If i'd have a problem that needs fixing, its done in a timely fashion plus the Maintenience guys are great. There's Benny, Matt, Joe and Bill, they always come in with a smile. The office staff, Mary, Margaret and the rest of the girls, I don't know all their names are friendly and just a pleasure to deal with. I've had some problems and they were great about working with me. I love it here and highly reccomend it to everyone. People say our electric bills are high. There really not that bad, I came from a home. Everything runs off electric, at least Meenan or some big oil company isn't giving me a bill, and I'm not paying water and sewage and waste removal. If I can find one thing bad to say, the outdoor lighting could be a little better.
