I have lived at both a regret moving to Korman. Kathy the manager is the rudest person I have ever encountered in my life. They dont give a crap about the tennants. They dont give notice when performing work on your apartment. You get home and someone is in your apartment, which shortly after a neighboring apartment was robbed.!! The wall AC units dont work, two of ours have been replaced by other used units. They fix up the out side, but the bugs are everywhere, Outward appearance is good. Parking in most units is on the other side of the building from you entrance way, not fun in the winter. They plow you in, dont keep up with the ide walks or entrance ways. Dreyer fell off the plywood shelf, closet shelves I cant put anythign on due to them warping. WIndows leak like sivers, none of the door close properly. Go to Salem Harbour down the road in Andalusia, much better. They allow large dogs, and there is crap all over the grass dont walk through it or let your kids play on it. You will have a mess. I should have moved back there. I even had better service at my efficiency apartment at Glenn Hollow (Also down the road). Rent at your own risk.

SALEM HARBOUR SUCKS. HORRIBLE OLD RUN DOWN APARTMENTS. THEY TRY AND COVER UP ALL THE PROBLEMS. LINDA (THE MAINTENANCE MGR) LOOKS AND ACTS LIKE A WITCH. HER HUSBAND HAD TO LEAVE THE COUNTRY FOR HITTING NEIGHBORS WITH A BASEBALL BAT. REAL CLASS ACT. HER DRUG ADDICTED SON WHO GOT OUT OF FRIENDS HOSPITAL WORKS THERE TOO. SHE ALSO SCREWS ALL THE GUYS WHO WORK THERE BECAUSE SHE IS A STUPID -----. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SALEM HARBOUR, TOO OLD AND TOO RUDE.
