I have lived in the korman apts (neshaminy villas)for almost a year now. I have newborn baby and thought this would be a nice place to start, boy was i wrong. The electric bill is never under 150. Not to mention the drug dealer who lives below me. who goes as far as to deal to the maintanece staff. i reported what i saw to mangement and they did offer to move me to another apartment in the complex but they were going to increase my rent. not helpful at all. i advised i was worried about my child safety and they said its not that bad. What a joke this place is they do not care about there tenets at all. they are the most unpleasent group of blood suckers i have ever come in contact with. the rent is high for the small space we have. i can hear the music of my neighbors at all hours. they talk about the security they have drive around we have yet to see anything. the windows are nasty and the carpet is coming up. The cable that is included is also a joke. you get about 25 channels. u end up paying extra. PLEASE DO NOT EVER CHOOSE THIS PLACE TO LIVE ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN. the place is a toilet and the people are sketchy. you can find something nicer and bigger in the same area for less money. there is never any parking and sometimes i ahve to walk around the block with my baby to get is. the lock on my door has broke about 3 times and it takes them about a week to come to fix it. the groubds are well kept thats the most positive thing i can say about this place i cannot wait for the next month to be over so i can get out of here. this is the worst place i have ever lived and i would never reccomend this disguting, dirty, small, drug filled apartment to anyone!!!!!
