I've been living in the Korman Villas for about 5 months now & really don't have anything negative say about it at all! I'm honestly a bit surprised by the negative comments. I live on the 2nd floor in the middle of a block of apartments. It is so quite; we never ever hear noise from the neighbors next to us or below us. We painted the place & really feel like it s home. It s great that we don t have to repaint when we leave. We opted for a remodeled unit, so the price was a little higher, but I think it's totally worth it. We have a nice size kitchen with newer appliances, an updated bathroom & updated washer/dryer. We even got a brand new washer after it broke about a month into our lease. We have a 1 bedroom, but it's a very generous size apartment. We were considering purchasing a condo, but found that our apartment is much bigger than condos in our price range. Our bedroom is very large & we have enough room to fit a computer desk. We have a ton of storage space, even a pull down attic. We love the gym, pool and cable (free HBO!). It's great that these are included in the rent. We have had some problems with Comcast, but this is because we upgraded to a DVR. The DVR freezes occasionally. But this is Comcast's fault, not Korman's. We have a small dog & paid a nonrefundable 1-time fee (even if we stay for over 1 year, we'll never have to pay this again). Maintenance comes in a timely manner. There was one time where I had to call a second day b/c no one came to fix the problem the first day. But it really wasn t a huge inconvenience. Our electric bill was high at times in the summer, but I hear this from anyone who rents. The highest we paid was around $150. This was in the summer where we had the air constantly on. Last month s eclectic bill was only $90. Overall, we re really pleased with our apartment! I would highly recommend Country Lights not only for the nice apartments, but also because it s in a great location.

This place is horrible, it sounds like this is management's lame attempt discredit the other users comments.

hmmm, my electric bill in the summer is between 250-300. Was even over 100 in October with no a/c or heat.
