I have been here almost 5 months, and no problems at all. When we first moved in the toilet needed something replaced and they came right out and fixed it. All the appliances are clean and work great. Fresh clean carpet, the windows are nice, and the air is nice and cool. It is a great improvement over my last apartment, and we did not go for the upgraded model. The neighbors are quiet and I haven't heard ANYONE since I've moved in. Everyone is polite, friendly and very respectful. I feel safe walking the grounds at any time. The pool is clean. The trash is regularly emptied. Free cable and free pool/gym are a bonus, though I haven't hit the gym. Every door is well lit outside and inside the hall. The gardens/grounds are always clean and nice. We have parking on the street and there is always somewhere close to the door. The neighbors all clean up after their pets. The heat also works well now that it's getting cooler. I have only found two bugs inside the apartment all together. I have an attic and the stairs are a bit rickety, but so far they are okay. I love that I don't have to go to the laundromat anymore! I always see people walking here, which is comforting. I am very content living here!

sorry, don't think so. Looks like someone in the office wrote this. everytime something breaks here, i'm given excuse after excuse

Oh, and I'm not in the office, I work at a call center, it's definately not the same!
