The place is not worth the price they ask. You are paying a premium for the name and the perk of the exercise and pool area. It is getting crowded with many parking spaces taken up. Some people don't work and so their cars take up spaces close to their apartment buildings. The age is showing with potholes, decaying trees and crooked sidewalks. The so called 'upgraded' units have the most basic appliances with something you would expect with as much as they are requesting for normal apartments. The washer and dryer are miniature and people with back problems beware: to change the lint trap you need to bend over and reach deep inside the small box sized dryer.
You will not get quiet neighbors. They tend to be young and selfish and play their music all hours of the night. Asking them to be quiet is not safe. Many seem to want to fight for just looking at you funny.
There are a few who let their dogs poop everywhere. You have to watch where you are walking.
Korman regularly litters their own hallways flyers that they tell you to clean up or you will face a fine. They do not maintain the common areas. You have to call them first. In summary, if you don't mind the ghetto, this place is for you. I will never recommend Korman to anyone.
