This Apartment has everything you could need within walking distance. Maintnence is prompt, but not always the brightest. Interior of apartment perfect for starting out. Where else do you get 1 bedroom with den for this price' It does appear as if they take the cheap way ouf of fixing their own property, but it's their property value, not yours, the renter.
