Have you ever heard the expression, looks are deceiving. Well take my advice when I tell you don't even bother filling out an application. I wasn't from the area when I moved to Bensalem, so I had no idea what I would be getting into.
When I moved in my apartment wasn't even ready, as I was signing my lease the paint was drying. My carpets were soak and wet while I was moving in my brand new furniture. Sucks for me that I already signed my lease-I was trapped now.
My electric bill gave me heart failure when I seen it. To boot, the office could care less if I had a problem.
