Lets start off with the good points, good size apts. Thats all I can think at this time. Ok Korman now charges a non refundable $400 when moving in that covers for paints or nail holes borders and any changes you make even if you never change anything you are still charge, they add $30.00 more on rent for digital cable that you must take no choice there, the rent is not worth the size almost $900 to over $1000 or more, cause with everyone paying a combined electric bill your average bills go from $150.00 to $300.00. I did a test to prove my point I went to fuse box shut down all power except use of one outlet and bathroom for 1 month in June and my bill was over $150.00, I have been told people have shut all the power off and went out and saw their electric meter still running. They say no dogs but more dogs in here that a place that allows dogs, first floor apts lots of extras too like spiders,ants,pinchers,millipedes and free scents like curry people who smoke outside your windows.
