korman takes a too much moving fee & too much security deposite. what is the mean of moving fee. if he takes security deposite.
i just left my appartment on 11th of march 2006 and i clean all this apprtment . but he did not return my security deposite.
He says if we brake our lease , then we should give a two month notice.
but in this case they will take a two month rent and plus security deposite.
what is the mean of advance notice
so i think it is not good in about money.
in these appartment heating and air condition system are very bad.
