I have been living at Korman Chalets for over a year and met someone so I needed a larger apartment without having to move to another complex.I was put on their two bedroom waiting list and moved over very easily. My apartment is huge with a view of the wood. I was reading the other reviews and noticed the electric problem- That's not true here. Its PECO electric with temp controls in each room. My elec bill was never more than $100 per month. Sometimes as low as $70 per month! There is nothing nicer in Bensalem and adding in all the amenetities you get the best value in town!

I was shocked to read some of the reviews for the Chalets. THere is no way the bills could be that out of control. You put the heat and air on yourself and control each room separate! I know with central heating its expensive, but not here. How dare that person give such a negative response!
