First off when i moved into korman communities i was showed this very nice beautiful apartment. Thought thats what i was getting Ha Ha the apartment i got was an upgraded model they had which was worse the the one they showed me. Now heres the list of things that were wrong there Living room walls werent clean hole in ceiling where smoke dectector is scuffed walls, Bathroom cabinet where the sink is looks like it was gonna cave in exhaust fan extremely noisey an old NO SHOWER HEAD had to buy my own toliet ran all the time (jiggle the handle) inside the toilet something was broke which squirted water everywhere, Bedroom closet door collapsed when i opened it dead bugs in the window cill an on the carpet, Kitchen was supposed to be the upgraded wood finished yea they were wood but looked spray painted dish washer had food in it refridgerator had rotting food inside it kitchen walls you can tell where the previous tennants kept there trash can cause there was crap on the wall which kinda outlined the trash can . Nice list huh for 909 a month you would expect a nice place oh it gets better. I moved in, in the winter when i turned my heat between 65 to 70 degrees it felt like africa in my apt i had to open the door which let all kinds of bug in your allowed to have pets there but i dont think your required to clean up after them i stepped in dog poop at least 2 times a week Parking no assigned parking so people who work later than 6 forget bout finding a parking spot close to your apartment if you have more then one car your not allowed to keep it parked in the parking lot you have to park it else where. Call maintenace to fix a problem youll hear from them in a week i called maintenace to fix the heat problem 3 weeks later didnt hear from them i said just drop the thermostat off at my apt ill fix it they were there in 10 minutes overall for the price you pay there it is not worth it they are corperate crooks I SUGGEST GOING ELSE WHERE. Only good thing i can say is that some of the office staff were really professional an tried t help some though. Finally i got fed up an broke my lease an left after almost a year
