I'll start with the positives and why I moved in here: decent area, good highway access, gym and pool, good size apartments.

The gym thing went right out the window when I realized the old equipment was not working half the time and it was impossible to get on the machines you wanted. They allow outsiders to buy pool memberships with the result being obnoxious kids running around all summer making it impossible to relax.

Let's move to the apartment itself: HUGE bugs on a daily basis, mold everywhere (bathroom, bedroom windows, kitchen ceiling). Don't run your dryer unless you are ready for water to fall from your ceiling. We have a patio, but the wood splinters continuously and share it with 2 birds nests that are conveniently located inside the exterior walls of our apartment. The heat is crazy and you can turn your apartment into the Sahara by simply setting the temperature anywhere above 55!!!

Maintenance: One word... brutal. We had a flood due to our upstairs neighbor overflowing his washing machine (which was the only one not replaced in our building). I came home to 2 inches of water throughout half our apartment. Their solution (after 3 calls and 2 hours of waiting for help): rip up the carpets, leave some shop fans in there for 3 days and then replace the padding instead of the carpet itself. And for your trouble, you can sleep in this mess. To make it worse, the office was never made aware of any of this. The assistant manager, Jen, had an attitude and would not let us speak with the actual manager. We still have not been able to contact her and this was 5 months ago... the carpet in my bedroom closet still hasn't been replaced either.

In summary, this is a terrible place to live. Don't fall for the marketing ploys, it's a joke.

P.S. Our sliding glass patio door has not locked in 3 months despite multiple attempts at asking maintenance to fix it. Their solution: they said they probably can't fix it, so we should just put a stick in the track to keep the door shut.
