maint. staff is the worst ever. supert. doesn't hire maint. men that know anything. All work usually takes about 3 tries before the job is done correct. Takes forever to get a maint. man to do the job, then he doesn't seem to know what to do without the help of the supert., which you can find sitting in the office or maint. shed. or look out your window he should be driving by on a 1/4 of an hour basis in the company truck he spend all day in. In winter all shoveling is done at the maint. conveince not when it should be done. Never shoveled properly to end of sidewalk, maint. decides where the sidewalk will be according to break time and when they have to go home. The tennent is not Number One as should be or wright about anything , only the staff and maint. is the only one who knows anything. All tennents, present and future, will go according to the korman staff, like they are paying for your apartment, completly the opposite, of business, the tennent is always wrong, staff is wright.

Office staff should wear jeans not dress blues, and fancy blazers, because once you leave the office they already forgot who they rented to. All work orders written at the office get censored, according to what they want fixed not the tennent or whats needed. If you have money or have a very good job, or if you are more than everyday people ,you get better treatment, OUR MOTTO AT KORMAN IS; IT'S NOT WHAT KORMAN CAN DO FOR YOU, IT'S WHAT YOU SHOULD DO FOR US. When renting at KORMAN it's kind of like working for them when you come from work, just like the boss you came from. You don't tell korman what to do, they tell you.

Neighbors: All people are put with the opposite type , in the same building, so you can have a problem from the start.REMEMBER TO ALWAYS HAVE YOUR LOCAL POLICE NUMBER AND PHONE AT HAND WHEN LIVING AT KORMAN.

ELECTRIC: Is the highest known to man. Every meter is fixed to spin faster or at different speeds according to who the tennent is. Rates are peco rates, that's a true fact, but the meters are demand meters which require a lot of juice to spin properly. Korman owns the meters, they are not the real PECO ONES.

WATER: Problems at least once a month or more. Breaks all over the place all year. Don't take a long shower or soap up to much, your water may be turned off for hours while you are starting to take a shower.

Sewerage: Problems of back up in apt. often due to undesireable tennents Korman let's in. Real pigs the way they live.

RENTING: Our motto is, "If you have the first months rent your good to go no credit or background check needed only money taken for credit that's never checked."

PETS: We do not take any pets as it states in the lease, but give us 200.00 dollars you can bring in a brama bull if you want. Money talks at korman not tennents.

NOISE/TENNENTS: loud , unrully, neighbors, with loud music, uncaring about other neighbors. Korman doesn't care they dont live next to them, all they think about is getting that commmision from a rental.

Note: are you looking for a lab, esp. to make pennicillin, come korman, we have enough mold on the building and walls inside that you can manufacture enough to supply the entire east coast.
