I moved to Village Square 6 months ago and I'm very satisfied with the level of service I have received so far. There was an issue with a leak in my kitchen faucet right after I moved in and I figured, "Ok, here we go. Let's see how long it takes for them to fix it", but I was pleasantly surprised that it was fixed the next day. The office people have been polite and the maintenance man that fixed my faucet also seemed nice & polite.
I like the fact that there's a gym & a pool on-site and that it's right off Street Rd. I work in Center City, so it's a plus being that close to I95. I work pretty late some nights and get home well after dark, so safety is a big concern for me. Luckily, I have not seen anything that has made me feel unsafe and the parking area and grounds are well lit.
As far as my actual apartment goes, it's nice. Decent size. Good storage. No complaints, really. I could have paid a little extra if I wanted an upgraded unit (newer appliances, etc.), but maybe I'll do that down the road. Maybe when I get a raise' LOL
Bottom line is: so far, so good. If anything changes, I'm sure I'll be writing about it.
