My husband and I moved out of Village Square last month because we just bought a house (yay!!!). I just want to say that we think it's a great place to live and we enjoyed living there. Around the time our one year lease was up, we started house hunting. Since we didn't want to get stuck with another year-long lease, they were totally flexible and allowed us to go month-to-month. We only needed to give 30 days notice to vacate, which enabled us to act quickly when we put the offer on the house. We did have to pay a little extra each month, but it was well worth it for the freedom it allowed us.
All in all, it's a nice community. We never had any major problems with the apartment or management. It was easy to live there. I highly recommend Village Square.
