This place stinks

I lived here for 2 years and I had a bad time. Don't get me wrong the area was good, and it was really quiet. But the management office was not very helpful. They are rude people who work there. The apartments are falling apart. and the electric bill are soooo high. My electric bill in the summer would be about 230.00 and the winter isn't much better because you have to have the heat so high it's very, very drafty in there. So i would not tell you to live there
