I lived in Korman Suites Village Square East for two years and it was a wonderful complex to live in. I had a one bedroom apartment that my girlfriend and I shared and it was very comfortable for the two of us. It had a small washer, dryer, dishwasher, central air and central heating. The only complaint is that everything is electric so in the Summer and Winter the electric bills could get high ($230's) if you ran the central heat/air all of the time.
The pool was very nice in the summer but the fitness center could use some updating. The treadmills are rather old and there are not that many weights. If you are serious about fitness, you are better off getting a real gym membership.
Korman is close to everything and very close to the I-95 on ramp. Parking is very spacious and the noise level in the community is very low. Also, the tennis courts are rather nice. The maintenance persons are very quick in responding to work orders and the staff in the leasing office are very friendly and helpful. For your money, this is one of the best places in Bucks County if you don't need a bi-level apartment.
