This complex first of all does not offer ample parking. If you get home after 8 pm, a parking space is not availabe in the lot, in some units you have to park on the street.
It is important to find parking b/cs this is not necessarily the best neighborhood. I had my car window smashed in the parking lot. There is not very good lighting at night.

In addition, on two different occasions while I was there the maintenance had not cleaned the drains in the parking area and cars were flooded as a result. There were at least a dozen cars that were flooded past their doors.

In my apartment I had a closet which had water running down the walls from a roof that needed to be fixed. They came on two different occasions and said that it was fixed. Not so. The next rain it was a literal waterfall in my closet, it ruined the walls, ceiling and carpeting. They did not fix it for months and as a result, I moved out.
