I have taken the time to read all the reviews both good and bad. My fiance and I have been thinking about moving here. We have a 4-year old and my biggest concern is what the property is like now. I'd like to be in a safe, semi quiet place where my car and tires won't be stolen as well as personal items. (as read about some other apartments)

Would anyone recommend Village Square to us or should we keep looking' It looks like a great place to live, but if it's not worth it we will pay more for the safety of our child.

I've lived here a couple months and haven't had any safety issues. I mentioned in my post that there was a graffiti incident, but that was cleaned up. I do see a lot of kids in the area riding their bicycles and razors. I haven't seen/heard of any car/tire slashing. So anyway, that's my personal experience. Maybe when you visit you should just ask random people what they think. There's usual people sitting and chatting at the dog park. Good Luck!
