Not a good place for the buck...

I agree with the other bad review to say that I live on the ground floor and it is freezing in my apartment. I crank the heat up to 70 and my electric bill is horrendous. There is nothing to do around here, unless you like to shop at Neshaminy Mall, Oxford Valley Mall or Franklin Mills. I don't find it too noisy, but my neighbor above me has a yappy dog and when she leaves, he doesn't shut up and I can hear him perfectly.
