I moved from out of state. I only had the internet pictures, tours and the office staff to base my decision on. I was very happy with the apartment in comparison to my perception from my sources. The rent is a little high but I enjoy living here. I have a dog and two cats and it's hard to find a place that accepts animals, let alone three animals. There is the rare dogs barking hello to each other but that is going to happen when dogs are allowed. The maintance crew is always available and Tony is very friendly. Upon arrival the rugs were pretty new and the appliance were either in good shape or new. The winter can increase your electric bill since everything is electric in the apartment and you are responsible for that bill, but it's worth it. I feel safe, have my animals, people in the complex are friendly and there is always someone to help if you have any problems.
