It isn't a horrible place to live in. What makes this place so attractive to live in is their pet policy. I can't complain about the office staff. When I started my lease here, they went above and beyond to work with me. It does sometimes take a few days to get a call back but the point is, I always do. However, when I went to move in to my apartment, it wasn't ready, the new appliances weren't installed, it was still dirty and I didn't even have blinds on my windows.
It took over a month to get a washer and dryer in my unit, a week to get blinds installed, which I had to reinstall myself because it was done so poorly. The shower didn't work properly and only after calling the owners did I get anyone to actually fix it (poorly but it works better than before) It took 3 months to get that done, 3 months for my new dishwasher after the old one broke and I'm still waiting for the leak in my bathroom to be fixed (since the day or before the day I moved)
The grounds are poorly kept, some of the tenants don't believe in cleaning up after their animals or after themselves for that matter. I'm sure maintenance can still do a much better job of, I don't know, their JOBS!!!
