My boyfriend and i moved into the complex in june 2008. Our initial impression was wonderful....unfortunately "wonderful" stops there. I realize i live in the suburbs however i do not believe that constitutes being overrun with stink bugs and other various insects because my screens are installed improperly or the wrong size altogether. I needed three different appliances replaced in a span of six months. All replacements were untimely and were only implemented after said appliances leaked or flooded a room. Also we reported leaks in our roof in October. It is now February and nothing has been done. The ceiling in the bedroom is discolored and every time it rains or snows the cracks and the leak spread. I inquired about ending my lease this afternoon due to my severe dissatisfaction with the so-called services provided by the employees here and not only did the office manager have the wrong information in my file but she did not even attempt to take responsibility for any of the problems I have personally spoken to her about that still remain neglected.I agree with the reviewers stating the conditions of our mail facilities as well as the pool and dumpsters.I will be attempting to contact the realty group that owns the property (which will probably be a waste of my time like everything else here) but i am simply not getting my moneys' worth. Take this information how you will but i highly suggest you reside elsewhere.....Oh and did i mention our truck was robbed less than two months into living here' because it was...

I've had similar issues to yours in this place. When you contact Oxford Realty, they will be short and very rude to you but you might just get something accomplished. But take my advice, having dealt with these people for over a year now, don't hold your breathe. I'm very sorry you've gone through this. It's ridiculous.

Under PA law, you are allowed to stop paying your rent if the living conditions are "unsafe" which they may be if you truck is getting broken into. From experience, things get fixed when you threat to not pay the rent. Send it certified to Stacey and Oxford Reality Group in NJ This place is a dump. I moved in 2007 and I cant wait to leave.

We had very similar problems with Chalet Village in Feasterville. Go to a local bank (find someone there with a brain) & tell them you want to open a escrow acct. Send a certified letter to the person in charge at the office & to the management company. Make sure you include EVERYTHING you can find, give them 30 days to correct the issues or failure to do so will be a breach of you lease. We found most of this from a Realtor & attorney. Check with the state attorney generals office & tv news stations for help also.

THIS MAY MEAN GOING BACK INTO PHILADELPHIA BUT I'M WILLING TO DO WHATEVER I MUST TO SATISFIED WITH MY LIVING SPACE.
