My wife and I have lived here for 3 years - We have never experienced such poor maintanence or property management. Just one example: Our roof has been leaking since we moved in and the ceiling is falling in. Our furniture was ruined...they just had the roofer out to tar this past March 2.5 years later....the ceiling is still not fixed. I've taken off innumerable days from work to meet the maintanence men at my apartment to get things fixed, only to have no one show up. No call. And no one can be reached at the office. You leave a message and no one calls you back I have reported this and so many similar incidents to the corporate office but never received a reply. Also - don't believe it when they tell you they have a pool. In three years there has not been a whole summer with use of the pool. For the past two years it hasn't been open at all.

They sent someone out last week and did a sloppy paint and spackle job on the ceiling. It's started peeling already. They only did spot painting in bright glossy white - the rest of the ceiling is flat matte white. You would have our complete support in any action which would force these people to be responsible and accountable for their contractual obligation to their tenants.
