Gutters are not cleaned out on a regular basis which leads to water overflowing down the exterior walls and into the apartments and also creates a hazardous problem when this water freezes and huge icicles form, break off and finally tear the screens and crack the windows. There is a problem with mold in the bathrooms due to the inadequate fans/ventilation system. Clogged bathroom drains are another constant problem. There is no enforcement of the pet clauses in the leases. People with cats allow them to roam free and also the pet owners are not disposing of litterbox waste properly. The power outages during, and especially, the summer are many. Blame seems to be shifted to the power company instead of the real problem which is the inadequate transformer which is maintained by the Regency Maint. staff. Actually, that's an oxymoron since there is new staff hired on a bi-monthly basis which are usually worse replacements.

Last but not least, the complex Manager. Her attire is very un=professional. My only comment regarding that is, the next makeover of her office should include a Brass Stripper's Pole. On the other hand, the Office manager, goes over and above to try and rectify any problems and it's done in a friendly, professional and expediant manner.

I foresee MANY empty apartments in the near future unless things the new ownership makes some changes.
