When I moved to Regency in 1989 it was my first apt. I had an efficiency it was the best thing that ever happened to me. While in that efficiency I saw a car being stolen and had my apt flooded (bottom floor). Then I was asked to move to the 3rd floor because my whole apt had to be renovated. I moved to the 3rd floor and it was much bigger and more expensive. I had to pay the extra even though the flood wassn't my fault. They should have covered the costs. But they didn't. I stayed 8 years. In that 8 years the rent went up considerably and the maintenance changed yearly.

As for the apt managers they had a very nice woman in there and then it changed hands. The manager left the job and the 50 year old who thinks she is 20 moved up to manager. Besides being mean and snappy and thinking she was god gifts she made it very difficult for everyone. No one liked her and still to this day she is still there and no one still likes her.

Roaches and mice and bi-weekly maintenance and sub-standard managers makes this an apartment complex I recommend that you don't move into.

The pool scene is really nice. Especially when all the neighbors are outside barbecuing and having a great time. The only one that complains is the manager cause no one includes her. Yeah right.

I am sure there is another complex better than this one. Please keep looking.
