The pool is very nice in the summer, lots of folks hang around the lawn and socialize. I guess I have had luck because I really dont have a noise/ rodent problem. Neighbors dont bother me. It dont seem any worse then any other apartment complex.
Maintenance requests have been taken care of relatively on time, especially since that new guy has come aboard, he seems to actually take his work seriously.
All in all, I think it is clean and the grounds are well kept. There are better places, but definately worse places.
