A letter has been mailed along with pictures of some of the more unsitely and unhealthy buildings in the complex. There was an occasion to have had bathroom tiles replaced and the entire blueboard was packed with mold and mildew. The ceiling over the bathtub was also opened a bit and that too was covered in mold. If you are allergic to molds and mildew, stay away from Regency Apartments.

Air conditioners are old and mostly just a noisy fan rather than a cooling appliance.

The swimming pool is nothing but a gaggle of cliques that congregate in their own little corners of the area. The same people every week "take over" the BBQ area and others don't have a chance to take advantage of the ONLY space where they can set up a potrable grille. Very unfriendly and unwilling to co-operate neighbors.

Intercoms to the front door foyer still don't work. Security is basically non-existent as kids upon kids come prancing through the buildings attempting to sell you magazine and newspaper subscriptions. There are NO SOLICITING signs posted but they are ignored.

My 2 years here are at an end. After I turn in the keys I won't look back. All I know is, the apartment is going to be left in better shape than it was when I moved in and
if there's a problem or inordinate delay in getting my security deposit back, more will be written about the Regency and it won't kust be here. Can you say Philadelphia Inquirer and Bucks County Times'

I totally agree with you statements..when i lived there my tiles fell out of my tub and all kinds of mold was behind there..my dad does construction and said the whole shower had to be replaced..but no they just calked the same tiles back up..over the mold..i had to give my daughters showers at the age of 9 months bc i didnt want her in the tub. and they did try and rip me off for my deposit..to all who live there take pictures before you leave..the didnt get my money..and tehy are lucky because the mold problem would have been heavly exposed..
