When i first moved in i was thrilled with the place..reasonable price in comparison. Nice size apartment for a young couple and child...and well just the fact that it was my first place away from home..however things quickly went downhill. My bathroom began deterioating within the first 2 months, after about 8 i had tiles falling from my walls..nice when your bathing a child dont you think..my daughter had to begin showering with me at the age of 8 months because it was so disgusting in the tub. also bugs..i am a very clean person and keep all my things that way..but never could get rid fo the bugs..waterbugs..eww, centepides..eww everywhere..also in hallways. poweroutages would be next on the list..not fun wiht a toddler and a new born infant...and we are talking out for hours. well the rest of the stuff was just typical apartments things..parking, securtity..ext. however when i did finally move out i recieved a bill saying i owed money for repairs..which my deposit didnt cover..naturally i freaked. i asked to see the apartment..when i went to the apartment none of the work had even been completeed..which means the bill they sent me was illegal. and the rug they tried charging me for..which was brand new when i moved in..wasnt in bad shape. a few dirt spots here and there but nothing that wouldnt have ciome out..if they had atleast tried. long story short i got most of my money back..weould have gotten it all but was sick of the headache and just tookk it as a loss. but even after all the headaches..i would still recommend to first timers..just know what your getting into..the only thing that is crititcal is the mold..and take lots of pictures when moving in and out.
