I have lived in these apts for a few yrs & I have 2 say these are one of the cleanest apts I've seen. They keep up w/ the property very well. The pool is awesome! The neighbors are nice too. The new staff: Monica(office) & Rob(maintenence) are an added bonus too. They are very nice & professional. The only negative thing I would say is that the hallways could use some brightening up. They aren't the Radison, but hey for apt living u can't beat Regency! uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
